Course Description:
This course provides practice in the preparation and delivery of various public speaking forms, which may include narration, persuasion, information, inquiry, and evocation. Listening, non-verbal, and analytic skills will be evaluated through student appraisals of both professional and class speeches, including those audio and videotaped. If used to meet the requirements of the AA Degree, a grade of 'C' or higher must be attained.
