This course has as its focus the development of leadership ability. The course provides a basic understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory; assists students in developing personal philosophies of leadership, an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership, and an awareness of their own abilities and styles of leadership. It provides the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through study and observation of the application of those skills
