Course Description:
This course is designed to provide the practical nursing student intense clinical application of nursing care of the adult medical/surgical client utilizing nursing principles. Emphasis is on organized client care functions, employability skills and professional issues. Nursing principles are emphasized. Concepts specific to the care of clients with disease/disorders of the immune, cardiovascular, reproductive, musculoskeletal, integumentary, digestive and the urinary systems are included. 165 clock hours.
