Course Description:

This course provides an overview of the manufacturing processes utilized in advanced manufacturing facilities, as well as the materials most likely to be encountered. Students are introduced to the concepts of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain, and basic business practices. The course will prepare students to sit for the Manufacturing Module MSSC CPT industry certification exam. 45 class hours.
