Course Description:

This is a video production course designed to introduce the concepts of advanced videography. Students will be exposed to different types of prosumer video cameras, composition styles, lighting techniques and safety concerns. Professional video editing skills will also be taught. Special emphasis will be given to creating complicated video projects with fixed deadlines. Before course completion, students will be able to demonstrate an ability to organize, video tape, and edit complicated video productions for on-air or large presentation purposes.
