This course aids the student in developing a solid cybersecurity process and technology foundation. Topics include security policy frameworks, domains of IT infrastructure, evolution of human and business communications, how information security supports business objectives, controlling access, security operations and infrastructure, risk response and recovery, business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, networking models, threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities.
