Course Description:
This course will examine the various developing legal issues in the use of business information technology, including an examination of constitutional rights, intellectual property, and employment law. Other topics studied during the course are freedom of speech, privacy, privileged communications, e-discovery, copyright, and trademark. These issues and others will be examined as they relate to business operations in today's complex electronic world. 45 class hours
