Course Description:
This course provides an overview to the US Code of Federal Regulations, Title 14: Aeronautics and Space (14 CFR) including both past and present rulemaking processes, as well as how public opinion and politics have led to rule changes. Students will also examine rules from other federal agencies such as the DOT, NTSB, and TSA. Consideration will also be given to state and local entities who laws effect aviation.
