Course Description:
This course is designed to give students hands-on learning while in a mock laboratory setting. Major topics demonstrated will be handling drains and dressings; incisions; pouring and receiving medications and solutions; correction of contaminations; handling, passing, and disposing of sharps; labeling of medication; and advanced care and handling of specimens.
