Course Description:

The Apartment Maintenance Technician - On-the-Job-Training (OJT) is an in-the-field course where the apprentices will be paid an hourly rate as they apply learned skills. Apprentices will work alongside a journeyperson/supervisor and practice skills such as electrical, cabinetry, HVAC diagnosis and repair, punch skills, basic plumbing, appliance repairs, and exterior maintenance.
