Course Description:

This course provides a study of the principles, procedures, and techniques of retailing, buying, pricing merchandise, and of determining consumer demand. Attention will be given to how and when to buy as well as sources of supply. The organization and function of major divisions in retail establishments will be addressed. Field trips, where practical, will supplement regular class activities.
