Course Description:

An analysis of consumer motivation, buying behavior, market adjustment and product innovation, behavioral aspects of the marketing process from producer to ultimate consumer are considered. Contributions of the behavioral disciplines (psychology, sociology, anthropology) to understanding the consumer decision-making process. The impact and value issues of the consumer movement. 45 class hours.
