Course Description:
This course focuses on the integration of knowledge, skills and abilities learned in the program through a capstone project where students will demonstrate mastery of program knowledge in a real world scenario. The course should be taken during the student's last semester. It provides the student with the opportunity to develop a plan to solve a problem dealing with management and organizational leadership issues of today. The student will choose one major plan to address a problem in supervision and management in detail.
