Course Description:
This course investigates management issues including human resources, budgets and grants, marketing, risk management, property management, and concessions as these concepts relate to airports, airlines, air cargo operation, fixed-base operations, fuel facilities, and other aviation businesses. Students apply business management concepts and techniques to decision-making and problem-solving processes, as well as to situations in an airport management or aviation business. Also discussed are grant applications and their administration.
